DAMOZEL is Notre Dame of Maryland University's annual creative magazine. For the 2015 issue, we are open for submissions until December 15, 2014. NDMU students past and present, undergraduate or graduate, can submit poems, stories, plays, or essays, as well as original artwork. Guidelines for each of the categories can be accessed below.

Damozel also helps administer the annual Eichner Awards for Young Poets. 
This national competition is open to all young woman poets, ages 14-17, enrolled in a secondary school in the U.S. The winner receives $500 and publication of her poem. The 2014-2015 judge is the critically-acclaimed poet Natasha Saj√© The 2014-2015 competition closes on December 8, 2014.

Winners will be announced in February.
